8 days hiking in the heart of the Sahara from Mhamid in beautiful landscapes and riding with camels.
Day 1 :
Upon your arrival at the airport of Ouarzazate, you will be welcomed by our team that will take you to your accommodation where dinner will be served.
Day 2 : Ouarzazate - Oued Ben Hakki - Rass N'khel
On your way along the Jbel Tiffernine before entering the Jbel Saghro, you cross the Tizi n'Tinififft mountain pass. Then the Draa Valley with its ksar and kasbah, which you follow to the village of Mhamid where your camel is waiting for you. After lunch, you start your trek beyond the palm grove to the dunes of Rass N'khel.
Day 3 : Rass N'khel - dunes d'Aït Ounir
Your caravan continues to the dunes of Ait Ounir between a landscape dotted with sand and tamarisk regs. In the distance, you can already see the first dunes of Erg Zaher and the Hamada of Draa.
Day 4 : Aït Ounir - puit de Telhattin
You cross the Oued Draa and set sail to the north with a passage in the Jbel Bani. You return to the Erg Smar then to Telhattin where you spend the night.
Day 5 : Telhattin - Oued Mezouaria
The dunes are spaced more and announce the beginnings of the huge plate forming the foothills of Jbel Bani. After a few breaks in the shade of tamarisk trees, you come in late afternoon in Wadi Mezouaria.
Day 6 : Mezouaria- Oued Ben Hakki
You cross the erg Lihoudi to reach Wadi Ben Hakki. Here and there you will see many canals bringing water to crops. Rest and shower at our basement.
Day 7 : Oued Ben Hakki - Ouarzazate
Your vehicles are waiting for you to exit Wadi Ben Hakki and back up the Draa Valley, Agdz and cross the mountains to Ouarzazate.
Day 8 :
Transfer to the airport and assistance until departure.
