The peak of Toubkal is the highest peak in North Africa up to 4167 m. Departure from Marrakech at 9 am. After crossing the gorge of Asni, stop in the village of Asni, known for its weekly market (Saturdays). The road continues to Imlil along a green valley where the mountains play with light.

After crossing the plain of Marrakech, the first olive groves appear, called Tahanaoute. The road goes into the mountains going up Wadi OuGhiraya and the gorges of Moulay Brahim. Villages become mixed up with stratifications brown roofs of their houses with clay slopes where they are rooted.
